V360 or SLVR L7?

I was looking to buy a L7 SLVR for $230 tax-in, but Rogers has a special on their V360M for $139 ($160 with taxes).

What should I do?? I have a crappy v220, and I wouldn't replace it if it didnt keep dropping my calls, or giving me a 'black screen of death' once in a while. I don't need anything other than a good phone to make calls, but I wouldn't mind the extras at all. I want a phone that I could keep for a looooong while without a replacement, but I wouldn't want to normally spend $200+ on a phone.

There's a deal for the v360m for ~ $160 (with does it come with a transflash card?), or L7 for $230 (with 128mb card)? I'm kinda leaning towards the L7 cause it's much slimmer, and comes with a headset/mic and a 128mb card. I'm afraid that 1 year from now, I'd want to replace my phone cause the v360 is too thick. But I'm kinda used to the flip-phone style... Then the L7 has a VGA camera, which I think I might want to replace also; if I was going all-out, why not get a camera $100 more or so with a 2MP cam, so I wouldn't need to buy a digicam either? Right now, to me that L7 seems like a good deal.

I was also thinking that, if I'd want to replace my phone in a year or so, it would probably be much easier to sell the L7.

All prices are Canadian, tax included.

Umm... Any 'slider' phones in that price range? For some reason, I've been wanting one of those. I was thinking of waiting a few months, but I've been getting many important calls (on-call jobs), and I don't want my phone dying on me.
