Yes, you should be able to. Just make sure to drink plenty of water, because this will help your UTI more. Drinking too many other fluids high in caffeine can make you dehydrated. Just keep your coffee limited and drink plenty of water and possibly some cranberry juice while you take your antibiotics. I found it difficult to find a GOOD cranberry juice (without going to a specialty store) that wasn't cranberry cocktail juice, so I actually took cranberry pills with water. I also used to do this to prevent future infections. Hope you feel better soon!
