Hi,
I am 62 yrs old and on 1/22/2010 had my uterus, ovaries, tubes and pelvic lymph nodes removed. Doctor tells me that they found cancer cells in the uterus and the lymph nodes and I would have to have followup treatment of radiation and possibly chemo. I am worried about all of this and I do not meet with the oncologist until 2/12/2010. I did not have any symptoms until around Thanksgiving and then saw my interni
st and this led to the operation. Needless to say, I am quite nervous as this is all new to me and I am trying to get as much information as I can before I see the oncologist. Any advice or information that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
