Immediately after the night, she moved back to utah. 9 months later, kid... When he finds out, he moves to utah, they get an apartment together and have the kid. After a while they break up. And he goes back to Michigan. He sent her money from time to time, never had an actual agreement as far as child support.
He started to miss her, asked for visitation, she said no. It's she is not yours anyway, i was already prego when I came to see you, spent the night so you would think it was yours.
I am sure paternity will be done, so no biggy there. However, she said she wants nothing more to do with him because he asked for custody. He left it at that, hasn't seen her since.
Now she is suing for custody. The child is 3-4, not sure. He hasn't seen kid in 2-3 years.
Besides the paternity test, does he have a leg to stand on if she wouldn't let him see her?
Any advice besides get the test, or get a lawyer (both are in the works).
