I ordered a backpack from a website called Remember Delaware that cost $60 in early October. I called the customer service twice at different points in October/early November and they assured me the backpack was coming, but they were dealing with a different company that was very slow to ship. I finally got an order confirmation on November 5th saying that the order had shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, no tracking number given. 3-7 days was their estimate, now they are about a month late and I never got my package. I completely forgot about the package for a while and just realized it never came... did I just get swindled out of $60 or is there anything that I can do?
