USN and USMC riders

The Army has this started as well. I just can't wait to see some guy that rides a Busa and has never done a track day to "teach" me how to ride a sportbike. Right now we are down to showing your MSF card at the gate along with mil ID.

Nothing to add on the second threadjack, I guess I just love 15 month deployments.

Relax guys... I've gotten more than my fair share of gas tanking off the USAF over both Iraq and Afghanistan. It's called interservice rivalry, and it will never go away. Although my point bagging on the Air Force were not made up. I mean they give DFC's to guys dropping single bombs in combat. So uh, awards to guys for doing their jobs. The only Navy guys I can think of that have earned a DFC in the GWOT were a Tomcat crew that remained overhead for 12 hours, lazing over two dozen weapons, and basically saving the life of Hamid Karzai.

Rowdy to comment on your experience with the course, you got hosed. I had a Gunny and SSgt teaching mine that were also track coaches and had gone through several Kieth Code instructor courses. I picked up a bunch, even with my track day experience. I think I would have walked out of that course you were in, ESPECIALLY if the instructor showed up on a freakin' cruiser.

Shoulda gone AMC. Of course you could always jump under the bus and go UAV, thus "deploying" from Creech.

I feel ya (STS) on the AF giving everyone medals for doing their job I'll get 5 (Iraqi Campaign, AEF, 3 Air Medals) just for being here and flying my ass off...

About the UAV comment...choke yourself.
