I've been using my yamaha dx-21 as a midi controller for a while now in FL studio.
Ive commonly used the modulation wheel to control certain features such as filter cutoffs, etc. ive also made good use of the "Data Entry" slider for volume control, and of course using the keys to play notes.
Ive noticed by observing Fruity Loops's Midi input activity 'light' that the various button on the DX-21 such as PB Mode, Key Select, -1, +1, and all 16 of the preset select buttons all create a midi input signal in FL studio, but i cant figure out how to link them to anything to control, it would be really nice to use these buttons, say for muting certain channels, anybody know how to link these input signals to a control? The Auto Detect feature doesnt do anything :\
