Using Windows Media player to Sync music onto Mp3?

Well, I (of course) have an mp3 Player (Sansa Fuze 4GB) and I constantly add music. Well, everytime I select the music that I want it, it decides to sync all files that are not on my mp3. This includes pictures, videos, and ringtones of music that I create to put on my phone. My question is, how can I just sync the files that I want to without it automatically putting other files on there? I use Windows Media Player.
