using wifi to get my psp connected to internet?

i have wifi minutes with my bt broadband that i am getting next week. i will have a wireless router and i know i need a wireless dongle to make my pc capable. my stepson has a psp. when he is here will he be able to get the internet? and when he is not here will he be able to accss the internet using the wifi minutes that we are gettin each month ?????
ps... can the nintendo ds get the internet via the same methods and what is the best and cheapest wireless dongle to buy???
