My problem is a strange on, i am using Virgin media ISP and encountering a strange connectivity problem to only a few IP addresses some of these IP addresses or down permanent and some are random.
of course i phoned the tech line and they where no help to me, i hung up after the woman on the other end asked me to swap the ends of my either net cable around....
i am pretty sure is a ISP problem but they dont seem to get that.. can anyone help me ?
