Using Ultimate Game Card for more than 1 Game?

I bought an ultimate game card today and I bought a Runescape membership for one month.
It took about 8 dollars out of my card.
Then I wanted to buy $10 worth of Nexon Cash for MapleStory. It won't let me because it said the card has already been redeemed.
Is there anyway I can pay for them both with one card? D:
