Using trackers on bicycles to prevent theft?

My bicycle was stolen again for the 4th time within 1 year. I lock the bike up. I take the preventative measures to ensure it's safe but for some reason it keeps getting stolen.
I was thinking about putting a Gps tracker on the bike, So if it gets stolen again, I can track it down.
Is it a wise ideal or not! I will install it within the frame so that the thieves will not have time to strip it down, before I locate it. Basically, they will become caught before they even get home.
Al: I got a few Gps's laying around my apartment.

Are you sure you're using the right lock? You need a high quality lock that cannot be picked or broken.
The GPS idea sounds good at first, but you can probably get about 20 locks with that money. And are you planning to have the bike stolen a lot so you can give the GPS tracker some good use?
