Using the law of attraction to get my ex back?

im using the secret to attract him back into my life, and i know your not suppost to have any doubt, but when i think of our past, i feel sadness becuase im hurt. and when i look at our pics i feel sadness. but I KNOW were ment to be together and i know we will be. will the feeling of sadness effect manifesting him back in my life?
 
Yes it will because negative thoughts bring negative things. Think about all the good times and stay from anything brings you out of focus. Remeber love is the highest frequency you can emit so if he doesnt feel the same way you do you then its going to be hard.
