Using sprint and verizon phones on cricket question.

i know u have to flash the prl on the phones but what program do u use to flash the phones and are these phones locked, if so does flashing the prl unlock them or is there a different way to unlock them? Another thing is when u use these phones does text and picture messaging and internet work on these phones too? thanks for any help.
 
there's a lot of threaRAB on this and i'm pretty sure most of them say to Search but text messaging should work. nothing else is guaranteed but there is no reason it shouldn't work if you can get the right settings into the phone.
 
ok ive searched and i read u can use motorola pst to flash the phones but will this work with sanyos samsungs and lgs and other phones or what software would i use for these phones. also what do i have to do to unlock them or does flashing the prl unlock them. sorry im new to the cdma phone modding ive only done gsm phones before. thanks.
