Using Razor V3c as modem?

hey im just wondering if it's even possible to use the razor for cricket as a modem to connect to the internet, using a pocket pc 2003. I have paired the two with eachother and followed the steps and when I hit connect on my pocket pc, my razor says "calling" (my nuraber) but then after 2-3 minutes just stops and nothing happens. could anyone help me? thanks :confused:
 
I've done a lot of searching and experimenting, and essentially this is what i believe to be the case. Someone else feel free to politely correct where I may be wrong.

To my knowledge, the feature is fully supported and not locked down on the Cricket v3c, but Criket's towers seem to not allow connection of dial-up/data calls.

Anyone else have more info to shed on the issue? I myself would love for this to work. Someday....?
 
hmm well that makes sense I would love to get it to work that would be so usefull. So yeah if anyone else has anything to say about it please do! I'm at a loss of what to do now. thannnnnnks.
 
ah oh well. Thats pretty lame lol. I mean connecting my PPC with Wi-Fi is cool. But man to connect anywhere would be so nice. Oh well if anyone hears something in the future let me know! thank yooou
