Using Photos Without My Permission!!?

A former friend took some photos of me when I was pregnant (lingerie, with my husband, etc) She is a professional Photographer.. It was supposed to be a gift from her. Once my son was born she took his first month photos as a gift as well. She never gave us the photos of the maternity and of my son! She told me that she had other projects she was working on and when she gets time shell edit them and make me a copy. Well months have passed and now my son is 15months old. I got a message from a friend saying that there were photos of me on the internet on a website pregnant.. I looked and the woman has taken all the maternity photos as well as my sons and is using them to promote her websites! She has other people on the website as well. but it stated that you have to sign a release form in order for her to use them.. WHICH I NEVER DID! I need help on what I can do and if its even worth my time. I am just upset because it was a private thing I wanted, and now the entire world can see them! Please help.
