What is the worst thing that can happen if I use a tanning bed while taking doryx (doxycycline)? Will I just burn a little easier and it take longer to build a darker tan? I've been going to the tanning bed for the last several weeks and been doing fine. I started back on my doryx this week and when I tanned the full time today, I seemed to burn a little easier and my skin is really itchy in areas. I assume this will go away and the burn will turn as it usually does. Or could something more serious happen, like sun poisoning? I don't even know if you can get that from tanning beRAB, but I am curious before I continue to do something I may regret. Thanks for your advice!
