My husband has bought a BT Digital cordless landline phone to send to his Mother who lives in Egypt.
I know the electric may be a different plug there, but I think that she may be able to simply buy a 2 prong adaptor, (whereas here in uk our plugs have 3 prongs) But I was wondering are the actual phone sockets different over there?
Will it be compatible, it's just that I don't want my husband to pay postage, and then it doesn't work!
will i also need to send a voltage converter? or a usa or europe plug?
