I am trying to create an electronic questionnaire/ survey using Word where the respondent has the option of both check box type questions as well as sections to fill in opinions/ text. But when using check boxes in Word you have to protect the sheet and after this is done nothing else can be edited except checking off the box.
Does anyone know how I can also include the option for my respondents to include their opinions in certain areas in the same document?
I also tried using survey monkey but the basic plan only allows 10 questions in one survey, so that's why I opted to use a Word doc.
