Using a T-mobile phone, I used their 3g and got up to 45mb without a plan. How can i backdate?

I had no data plan and got up to 45mb. I ordered a $20 data plan and I dont know how to backdate so the cost of my bill isnt $80 higher. ($2 per mb)
