I have a convection oven that I bought at JCP and its suppose to toast, bake, broil, defrost, keep warm and rotisserie. Here's the thing, I have started cooking meat loaf and do not know which one to use. Which one do I use and how do I tell if its cooked? I don't have a meat thermometer so how can i tell if my meatloaf is done.
One other question: How can I get my meats to secrete more juices while cooking it in my convection oven?
