I bought a used sprint cell and tried to have it activated but Sprint said the ESN was not clear so I couldn't until the last bill was paid. I have no idea who the previous owner is and I refuse to pay someone elses bill.
A friend of mine that works for sprint told me that if I take the phone to Appalachain Wireless (another cdma cell carrier) they can unlock it and activate it on their network. Is this possible?
