I'm looking to buy a used car under 5000 dollars. I'd prefer a car that's model year is 2000 or over. Where is my best bet to find one of these? What manufacturers are my best bet to find a suitable car that fits my price range and other preferences?
Also what car manufacturers lose their value after their bought and then resold again, because this will probably be the manufacturer I end up buying. It still has to work good though.
