Used 2007 Honda Accord. $16,998. Is this a fair price?

33k miles, black with black leather, sunroof. It's at carmax so I know they don't budge. And they are known for being overpriced but this price is similar to what I've seen listed at some other dealerships.
It's a sedan also.
 
That's about the deal my husband got also. Accords and Civics are the kind of great reliable cars with that kind of resale value. I don't think you'll get a much better deal than that.
