Used 06 Honda Accord vs. Used 05-06 Acura TL?

I need help deciding if I should get a used 2006 Honda Accord low miles and no features or a used Acura TL 05-06 model with high mileage fully loaded. I know they are both reliable cars but I really do like the features. However I dont want to spend all my money on it just because of the features and the TL will cost a little more. Any and all advice will be helpful.
All the Acura TLs Ive looked at in my price range mileage is 90,000 or more. While Ive seen some 06 Honda Accords with less than 20! I just like the TL body style and features but the mileage and price is turning me off.
 
Both of these cars are built on the exact same platform. The Acura of course will have nicer appointments (more upscale) and be more expensive to fix. I am not sure if you are talking about a V6 Accord, the Acura TL comes standard with a 6cyl. which is nice. You have to way out what is important to you and make a decision. Right a list of pros and cons of each to help you decide. How many more miles are on the Acura this may help you make your decision? They are both great cars, if the Acura has a lot of miles and wasn't maintained properly you may be looking at some expensive repairs in the near future. Always have checked by an independent mechanic, run a car fax (if not provided) and try to see if you can obtain all service records for each, this should help you as well. Good luck!
