Use Tmobile mytouch 4g's mobile hotspot to connect to xbox live?

I am able to connect my xbox 360 to my mytouch 4g's mobile hotspot. Only problem is the xbox gives me a message about having an open nat connection and wont allow me to play anything online. Any ideas how to create an open nat connection on the mytouch 4g mobile hotspot?

My broke box won't even connect to my mytouch hotspot, my ps3 had no problems but the xbox won't do it for shit. I've tried 2 different routers, both of which connect to my hotspot on other devices. Dick box 360 is so bad in every way idk why anyone continues to by these horrible rape machines.
