use bluetooth for sony ericsson xperia x10 mini?

i just got a cell, it's sony ericsson xperia x10 mini, i can bluetooth stuff from my cell but i can't get any bluetooth from any other cells.
does anybody know how to use it? does it have any apps to download for free?
