USB Flash not openning....!!!?

its a virus (happened with my flash drive once ass well) if you want to open it then dont double click on it but open it from the address bar (located at the top). as of formatting i used a windows cd to format my flash drive because it would not format the normal way
 
buddiex...

when i connect my usb flash with computer (win7), in My Computer there appears its half visible folder but when i drop any file to copy into it, it says this location not found,
also it cant be formatted...

i uninstalled its driver and reinstalled it again but still not working...

plxxx help!!!!

i have tried also on different systems...
by clicking its properties shows 0 byte out of 0 bytes free...
