I have a toshiba laptop and yesterday the 3 Usb ports and the SD card reader stopped working.
I have been looking all around the internet for a solution and have tried as many as possible.
I have tried running a full system scan, a spyware scan, a registry scan and fix, disc defrag and disc cleanup and several other things that amounted to nothing.
Also I have been seeing allot about uninstalling the drivers to certain things in the device manager and restarting the computer. Whenever I try to do anything on the device manager like update a driver, uninstall a driver or disabling a driver it just stops responding all together.
I have searched about problems with the device manager and allot of people are complaining about it but it does not seem to be the same as my case as for them after clicking on device manager it freezes up and uses all the CPU uses and it does not with me.
Is there anyone out there that an help me with this or am I doomed to have to shell out for a pro to repair it.
