8 bucks an hour works out to be quite a bit more than the cost of manufacturing overseas though. If you payed here what labor costs in China or Mexico, people wouldn't work, they'd turn to crime.
 
you are partially correct, china made a decent sks rifle but it was a russian design. sooner or later out of the billions of chinese they will round up a couple gifted people and we will be in serious trouble because they will have the funds to develop serious weapons. we need to stop the money flow there asap

with all of these cheap affordable goods from china everybody here in the u.s. should be well off financially by saving money! right?
 
I dont think its possible to bring these manufacturing jobs back to our coast. China has a surplus of low wadge workers and an economy more fit to get by on low wadges.

I just wish they'd treat their workers a little better. When more than one employee per day is attempting suicide, perhaps you should take a look at your ethics.
