hi,
i will be 18 in the next few months and all this talk about the inevitable crash in the economy has me worried. i want to go to college straight out of high school but it just doesnt sound possible. my mother is a single parent carring for me and my sister. we are in the middle class (not rich not poor) but i scared that with all this going on we will start to have problems so i was just curious if it would be better for me to attend college out of the US or try and stay here and survive.

if you think i should move out, where would you recomend me go.
i hear switzerland is the best place for living but i dont know much about them. what do you think?

please help, i need as much as i can take in :[

philippine state colleges and some universities can owe you low tuition fees but can give quality education like in university of the philippines, de la salle schools, university of santo tomas, far eastern university or (i mean. this is the cheapest) polytechnic university of the philippines.

Community college is a sound solution in case the economy went really bad. Before that, just attend 4-year college if you can. Don't worry too much, but prepare to give up bourgeois middle-class life style.
