Tries on what type of computer? The really old Palm desktop came on floppys and not cds. I suppose the old floppies I can convert to cd, but basically I don't think I ever used an old palm desktop except for my old Palm IIIC.
I believe that I was able to use NotePad for Palm IIIc by transfering from a Palm M100 using File z.
Still any Palm OS 3.0 based program may not make the jump to an early Palm OS1.0 but you are welcomed to try.
