in US, is it true that whenever a judge or cop or any law enforcement officer for that matter tries to solve a case between a native white
skinned american, and non americans, the judge will always try to favor the native american...in case of small cases...
i understand they have to go by law and evidence,but on a first look at the case, which one they prefer.
