So, I've got US Cellular (obviously in the US) as my cell phone provider. Black Friday last year I bought the LG Tritan, which was advertised as one of the major phones that US Cellular carries which is capable of downloading and using apps.
Well, US Cellular doesn't actually allow customers to download ANYTHING from the mobile web (meaning directly to the phone from the internet). Does anyone know of a workaround for this?
There IS a mobile-apps "store" accessible through the phone itself, but there are no apps in it! Do I have to update something to be able to see more apps? There are LOTS listed on the US Cellular website, but as far as I know there's no way to get them on my phone. The instructions say they should appear in the apps store, but none do.
