Hi, right now I have a basic US Cellular phone and I want to upgrade to a smartphone (Samsung Acclaim), right now I am not eligible for an upgrade, so can I just buy the smartphone off of eBay and switch phones with the one I have now or will I have to wait until I am eligible for an upgrade? Thanks.
