US Cellular original unlock number?

my friend just gave me her old phone. in order to delete all contacts and everything on it i need an unlock code. i asked her about it and she said she never set one. what's the original unlock code for US Cellular?
 
it is either the last 4 digits of her phone number or you can try these 0000 1111 2222 3333 and so on or u can try 1234 thats all i know hope i helped
