US Cellular Network Outage in Chicagoland?

Neither my boyfriend or I can access the net on our US Cellular phones. We live in The Chicagoland area and were wondering if anyone else was having issues. I would call - but the account is in my significant others name and he is unable to call right now. They won't give me any answers - very frustrated!
