URQ pain - need ideas

My 17 yo daughter has been suffering from URQ abdominal pain for almost a month. When the pain first started we found out she had pylonephritis and was treated on IV antibiotics. The infection cleared up but the pain did not change. We were thinking it was gall bladder related, since that seems to be where her pain is, but the ct, ultrasound and HIDA scan were all normal. All blood work/urine tests are normal also. She was also negative for STD's. The GI doctor suggested it might be an impacted intestine but after a 3 day total clean out in the hospital she's still doubled over in pain. We've been referred to 6 different doctors and she's been hospitalized twice. She has the URQ pain, nausea, vomiting on occasion, dizziness, a headache she describes as a "full feeling" and occasionally a full feeling in her chest. I've also noticed she craves salt a lot. I really would love any suggestions or ideas I can take back to her doctor.
Thanks for reading.
