hi i have been diagnosed with a UTI 3 days ago i had a blood test which showed a high white blood cell count and blood in my urine and was given a 3 day period of antibiotics. Its now the 3rd day and i have finished my antibiotics but the pain has gotten worse in my lower back and ive started getting very weak and having flu like symptom's. I was given codeine which did help the pain but now doesn't have an effect on the pain. Im considering going to to doctors to get more antibiotics but don't really want him to think im exaggerating the situation as the pain is making it hard to walk about and sleep and eat any idea on what i should do. I have a 3 year old child so i need to be better asap thanks.
