Urinal tract infection?

Penguins Rule.

Hi,
I'm 13 years old, Have recently had paraphimosis but the doctor fixed that.
A week and a half later, I am starting to think whether I have a urinal tract infection or not, it started early this morning, with signs :
going to the toilet often, ( this has regulated, not doing this anymore, this was more during early morning, I went a total of 3 times)
a little bit of pain when peeing ( epically this morning) but this has died off as the morning's gone on.
funny feeling around the penis area, just weird feeling.

And all these have seem to be going away,do I need to go to a doctor again or should I just keep on drinking plenty of water and urinating when needed? ( not going when I'm about to burst) I have gone across many websites, all saying I need to go to the doctor, I just want basically a final coverage of what other people think.
Thanks!
I have also been washing well around it, and am about to have a shower.
EDIT :
I have told my dad, a lot easier than you think it'll be :). Thank you for your answers!

Instead of asking ¨the whole world" here, you should tell your dad or your mom, that you have been going to pee mora than usual. The pain may be because your penis is irritated, and the "funny feeling" is difficult to say why.

Usually urinary track infections cause burning sensation when you pee and also you feel like peeing but when you go to the bathroom nothing, or very little comes out.

Again I suggest you to tell your dad. In the meantime drink lots of water so that you can really pee and see how it feels.
