Up until tonight, my mouth has felt okay. Not too much pain. Tonight though I am in extreme pain. I have tears in my eyes as I write this. My doctor only gave me prescription Ibuprofen and Penicillin. My bottom jaws hurt so bad. I feel like I have marbles stuck under my gums. I have already taken 3200 MG of Ibuprofen today. Last time an hour and a half ago. It did nothing. I don't know what to do or what I can take. I'd even go to the store and get something OTC. I had all four removed but the bottom two are hurting the most. Please, for the love of god, help me. I want to get someone to punch me in the face just so I can sleep. I don't think it's swollen at all, but would something cold help against my face maybe?
