hi, my contract for t-mobile is expiring and i am about to sign up for a new contract and a new phone, however, most of the phones require you to have a "data plan" I would like to know, can you just get the data plan to get the phone, and then cancel it? b/c i won't need the data plan, so is this possible, and then I can keep the good phone? Thanks
