My brother is in UK. and i am asking him to send me a cell phone. and i am planning to suggest him to take any mobile phones in contract. for which he can pay 40pund per month
but can he just take a cell and send it to me and then pay the rest of money to the contractor without having the mobile with him or do i have to wait until he pays all the amount to the contractor?????
