Urgent: Phones with best reception?

Hey folks. I need to switch carriers today (again -- 3 carriers in a week) and need to know what phones currently on the market have the best reception. It appears I live in a Verizon "Problem Area" (i.e., darn near zero signal even though I'm in the middle of Denver). My neighbors have Sprint with an okay signal, but not great. I'm not picky about manufacturer or carrier. Just need to know quickly as I need to get hooked up today.

Only two phones have the best reception.

Since you have problems with Verizon, that will be out of the question.

The next phone will be Cingular. I have heard from other people that they enjoy the coverage with Cingular.

All the other carriers are not that great so you probably still going to have problems.
 
Thanks for the input, folks. I looked into Cingular, but it turns out a neighbor a couple doors down has them and has big problems with dropped calls in the neighborhood. Another neighbor has Sprint and hasn't had too many problems. As much as it pained me (been with Sprint before -- yuck) I ended up having to go with them. Picked up a Sanyo with a external antenna and I seem to be getting a fair consistent signal thus far. I have 30 days to cancel so we'll see if this works. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Don't judge the carriers on only what your neighbors have experienced. If they have a phone with poor RF it can make the reception look bad. I had a friend with the LG 3200 who got little to no reception where I got excellent - both on verizon.
