Hi, im ellie and im 16yrs old.
When i breathe in i have this shooting pain in my back and everytime i breathe it hurts so it restricts my breathing
when i breathe in deep it hurts like MAD and when i breathe in sli8ghtly it still hurts, but not AS BAD but im really scared that it will happen again has anyone else, my age experienced this before??
I was alone at home when it happened, what do i do if it were to happen again?
any tips?
