The episode is called "Lisa's Sax"
It's the third episode of season 9.

The part where an old man in a raincoat on a tricycle runs over Lisa's saxophone and falls off (along with the music) is a running gag on the 1960's variety show "Rowan and Martin's Laugh-In" not Benny Hill.

Is it the Benny Hill theme (aka "Yakety Sax") or sounRAB like the theme? If it was "Yakety Sax", there were only two episodes that featured the song.

According to Wikipedia,
"This song is also used in The Simpsons' 'Treehouse of Horror XIV', as well as during a Benny Hill spoof in the season 14 episode, 'A Star is Born-Again.' "
 
hi im new to this, i need sum help, what is the name of the simpsons episode in which there is a little scene where a man is on a trike and falls off and some music is playing and it sounRAB like, du du du du du du du du du du DUN, my brother says it sounRAB like sum music off benny hill? we really need to find this episode as this scene really makes us wet ourselves, not literally by the way lol
