Urgent Help for scholarship !?

hello guys. I am 18 years old in Mauritius, about to finish my secondary school and hence I am going for the Cambridge A level this year with maths chemistry and physics as my main/ core subjects. Honestly speaking, I am really very good in studies and came out first in my whole school in specific subjects on various occasions. Now I've decided to become a doctor, to pursue my further studies in medicine. Can any one of you please tell me where(in any country of our planet), i can obtain a fully paid scholarship for my medical studies?I've head that some universities offer these scholarships as a fund or a noble work with respect to their social responsibilities. I would really appreciate your help from the whole globe.
