URGENT FLASH CS3 HELP NEEDED?

Im working on a flash project and im trying to copy the frames of one file to another but it has motion tweens and motion guides....and the frames are specifically place at certain times. how do i copy the frames to another file with out getting the motion tweens detached from the motion guides and withough have the frames get shifted
