Urgent car problem, I really need help?

So today I decided I was going to wash the car. I backed it out in the middle of the driveway so I the water was further away from the garage. I locked the car up and proceeded to wash it. And now when I want to move it back up, I can't start it!! Nothing will even ignite. If I try to turn the key, it will lock up, making me unable to start the car! What do I do???

It's a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta btw.
The steering wheel was locked! Now it works fine, thank you so much!!
