upset stomach and pain whe pooping

im new to this site but im trying to find out why i would get sick to my stomach and get pains sometimes well most of the time before i can go to the bathroom. i also have anxiety and my anxiety acts up majorly when this happens any ideas why?
 
Stress can commonly cause an upset stomach. The pain while going #2 - is it a cramping pain or a sharp pain, and where? Do you see any blood? Does this only happen with certain fooRAB (are you eating something that you may be allergic/intolerant to)?
 
theres no blood and its like where i get my period pains execpt that they are like major stabbing pains. and since yesterday my stomach has just felt weird like somethings moving in my stomach. i used the bathroom eairler but that feeling is still there
